    Description

      Given that the IPS is being developed as a joint effort with IHE, and where IHE is focusing on the transport. Seems that section 2.2 should refer the reader to the IHE implementation guide on the transport. This does not exclude future HL7 efforts, that statement is fine. It just seems proper to point at joint work.
