Zulip Flag.category and Flag.code not defined in search parameters

We use Flag for medication contra indications based on FHIR community feedback. To distinguish these types of flags from other types of flags we use the .category element.

Unfortunately Flag does not support search based on category disallowing us to retrieve these types of Flags specifically.
