Description
Most of the examples are fine, but these two are failing our validator:
- ExplanationOfBenefit-InpatientEOBExample1.json
- ExplanationOfBenefit-OutpatientEOBExample1.json
Specifically, these fail the following constraint:
EOB-institutional-item-or-header-adjudication: Institutional EOB: Should have adjudication at the item or header level, but not both (ExplanationOfBenefit)
It looks to me like they have both a top-level adjudication element and an adjudication under each item. Assuming the constraint is correct, then the examples should be fixed.
