We will create a public page on Confluence to report implementation issues.  If the issues are specific to the IG, then they should be reported as Jira tickets against the IG.

    Description

As this IG is likely built on the foundation of the DME work that has been used and refined, it should have a good start for implementers-where new uses/use cases identify shortcomings, that informaiton needs to be collected and responded to with corrections to improve the effectiveness of ordering PAO. Is there a tool that monitors use of implementations to collect feedback from users on points of use that cause delay, work arounds, errors in processing, patient safety issues or other opportunities for improvement so that subsequent implementations are increasingly useful and effective for the user community?
