Description
Now it sounds like the gaps are gaps in information, not in treatement. Is the distinction with QM that I need to ask the question tentatively, reserving the option to provide more information if I discover my partner is missing some?
Existing Wording:
Using the Gaps in Care Reporting, it allows the payer to share that information with the provider managing the patient’s care
