Description

Recommend in this sentence that providers may have data "relevant to quality measurement" that the payer may not know about; also recommend revising this paragraph more fairly demonstrate that any party may have incomplete information at a given time - not just providers.

Existing Wording:

Alternatively, a provider may have data that the payer may not know about at the time a report was run.
