    Description

The Guiding Principles are already designed with flexibility in mind. There are several instances of “SHOULD”. Adding a SHOULD here essentially makes this a double SHOULD. Developers must be required to adhere to the principles developed by Da Vinci’s Clinical Advisory Council. This should be a “SHALL” or it’s simply a suggestion that developers follow other suggestions within the principles. Every SHOULD within in the chain devalues the point of the Guiding Principles.

      Existing Wording:

      3. All IGs and implementations SHOULD follow the current Da Vinci Guiding Principles.
