The CareTeam type will be added to the available options in the participant actor on appointment.

This selection is only intended to require a single person from the team that satisfies the type of participant required. If more than 1 participant is required from the care team, then multiple participant backbone elements should be included.

    Description

CareTeam should be allowed to be listed as being a participant on Appointment. The detail of the individual clinician which attend may (or may not) be of little use from a patient perspective.
