We propose adding a profile for specifying tumor size (3 dimensions; the largest is required and the other 2 are optional). We will also need to add a profile to represent the specific tumor that is being measured as a BodyStructure resources, since specific tumors are not currently represented in mCODE STU1. TumorSize will reference Tumor with Observation.specimen if the tumor has been removed from the body; otherwise it will use Observation.focus.

    Description

mCODE STU1 doesn't have a profile covering tumor dimensions. This is important information for solid tumor cancers, so it might be helpful to have a profile for this.
