http://hl7.org/fhir/us/davinci-drug-formulary/StructureDefinition-usdf-FormularyDrug.html does too.

However, all the examples and conformance artifacts for this IG use upper-case `D`.

These things are case-sensitive and so this is VERY BAD.

In my opinion, we need a new version ASAP which will make the website match the artifacts.
Personally, I'd prefer that to be accomplished by changing the artifacts to lowercase d (like the other davinci specs).
However, depending on the whims of HL7, perhaps it would be more expeditious to do a "technical correction" in whichever way is easier.
