The Subscription.topic reference should be canonical

• Update field definition
• Add documentation for clients that if they need the SubscriptionTopic, they can search the server via SubscriptionTopic and/or try to resolve the canonical.  It MAY not be possible to retrieve the SubscriptionTopic directly.
