The resource specific documentation within Medication states:

The MedicationRequest resource can represent a medication, using an external reference to a Medication resource. If an external Medication Resource is used in a MedicationRequest, then the READ and SEARCH Criteria SHALL be supported.

And the profile interaction summary states: SHALL support search-type, read

However, there do not appear to be any required searches listed for the Medication resource.  This may be because there used to be a search requirement for revIncludes provenance that was removed in this errata update (FHIR-26840).

SEARCH and search-type requirements should be removed here.

Additionally, the Medication profile itself mentions an Example Usage Scenario of "Query for Medications with a particular code", but there is no search requirement for search by code.  This should be removed or changed to something like 'Read Medication resources referenced in MedicationRequest resources'.
