Description
Following a close read of the Background page's description of sensitivity, which is only described to be used as a consideration for determining a confidentiality code; I was surprised to see that the IG included a method for communicating one (or more?) distinct sensitivity codes of a long list of codes. You went to great lengths to provide background, justification and an intellectual framework for exchanging confidentiality, but then the technical spec adds in a number of other concepts.
