    Description

The QuestionnaireResponse is not posted automatically, but is stored in the EHR after it is complete.

How should the destination end point be managed in order to send it to a Payer(prior auth submission or claim submission), DME Supplier, or other?

      • The DTR IG needs explicit instructions with respect to the QuestionnaireResponse - e.g. How do you ask for it and how do you respond.

Suggestion: In the EHR enumerate a list of QuestionnaireResponses chronologically for a patient. This allows the DME nurse to exclude old or outdated QuestionnaireResponses. Then allow the DME Nurse to submit the QuestionnaireResponse based on an enumerated list of end points.

The end points would obviously need to be preloaded based on relationships with external partners.
