    Description

      Both resources imply they can be used to create a loosely coupled collection, however only list can contain companies.

      While the Boundaries and Relationship section tries to provide examples it does not work well in a regulatory model as we act on both lists and groups in similar ways,

      It is recommended they are either consolidated or differentiated to remove the ambiguity and overlap.
