Global Default profiles are defined as:

An implementation guide can define default profiles using ImplementationGuide.global- these are profiles that apply to any resource that does not otherwise have an explicit profile assigned by the implementation guide. Default profiles are always references to profiles (StructureDefinition resources) that are also contained in the resources. By defining default profiles, an implementation guide can save itself from exhaustively defining profiles on every resource type just to profile every reference to a particular resource type.

I think it would clarify nnd make explicit the intent of the relationship of the profiles listed to the use case or scenario if we:

1. Add guidance to https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-deqm/guidance.html#other-profiles-used-in-the-evaluation-of-a-measure

1. Stating that the profiles listed for each framework and use case are default profiles to be used for the measure.

2. Change the heading for each framework and use case from :

"Profiles" to
"Default Profiles"

3. technical change to update the IG resource to list them as defaults ( only if adding them will actually lead to validation - as the last time I checked it was not implemented in the tooling )
