Update Diagrams in the Overview section using diagrams shared with CARIN PCDE (Blue Button) IG.  

Identify the relationship between data sources, CARIN CPCDS and PDEX including resources that can be derived from Claims or clinical sources.

The objective is to demonstrate that across the two IGs coordination work has made significant effort to avoid payers having to map data in multiple formats.
