Need to expand on both use cases: 1) where there is medical documentation available from the use of CRD and DTR as well as 2) the "interim" situation where PAO may be implemented in settings where CRD and DTR is not implemented

    Description

We are confused. Isn’t this the whole point of having CDR/DTR in order to retrieve the data to support medical necessity?

      Existing Wording:

There is an expectation that the data submitted represents all the data required by the Recipient/Intermediary to establish an order. There is not an expectation that the data to support medical necessity is complete.
