    Description

There are different types of languages, for instance: specification, query, constraint and others. Some of these types are strictly distinct. From what I know query languages are used to specify queries to retrieve data. The languages for describing something are not query languages in my understanding. It depends on what they describe but one can say that for describing domain you need domain specification language. For describing the constraints you have constraints specification language and so forth. I find it hard to see how a query language dedicated for retrieving data can be used to describe data.

      Existing Wording:

The Clinical Quality Language specification is designed as a general purpose query language suitable for describing clinical knowledge in a broad range of applications.
