The purpose of the summary sections is obscure. You enumerate all the aspects and alread explain why these aspects are covered with FHIR. This is done in a consize and clear manner which makes me ask a question: Why do I need to read the rest of the paper? I am already convinced. I would rather suggest here to explain what the paper is going to further touch upon. I.e. name the important aspects, explain why they are important, and then move on to the in-depth analysis. The content of the Table could be then also used in the Conlusions as a brief summary of the results. The way it is now, it looks like there are two conclusions, one is in the middlge of the paper and another one is in the end. The content in between is then "optional" for reading.
