    Description

      From the provided text I get an impression that the figure is going to show some use-cases. However from the table under the picture it seems that these are projects, modules, guides, approaches, specifications and etc - but not "use cases". This is very obscure.

      What is it exactly that you want to show? Is it perhaps all of the HL7/FHIR standards related to the Quality Improvement Ecosystem?
