      Description

      Figure is somewhat confusing for multiple reasons: (1) surprising distribution of boxes along specification/implementation axis - why are data consumers and producers not at the same level? Why are not specifiers on the left side? (2) diagram initially looks identical to that in several CQI WG IGs but some parts are substantially different | Suggest to either delete the specification/implementation axis (boxes) or the entire picture.
