      As per CarinWG meeting on 5/11/20, the Practioner profile will be added to the IG.  The profile will constrain the identifier to 1..1 to hold an NPI and will include a Must Support Flag.  

      Since this is a referenced profile (rather than a focus profile), the alignment with US Core is on the content of this profile, but not on the search parameters.
