A Reference Resource, Location, is not required

The modified resolution is to:

1) Define the following CPCDS Service Location data elements.

Service Facility NPI	Service Facility Location identifier is the facility’s Type 2 Organization NPI if they are a health care provider as defined under HIPAA. If the service facility is not assigned an NPI, this data element will not be populated.
Service Facility Name	The name of the facility where the service occurred. Examples include hospitals, nursing homes, laboratories, or homeless shelters. Reference CMS 1500 element 32a.
Service Facility Address	The address of the facility where the service occurred.

Define a supportingInfo slice, service facility, on the Professional and Non-Clinician profile. The CPCDS data elements, Service Facility NPI (if available), Service Facility Name and Service Facility Address will be mapped to a slice, servicefacility.EOB.supportingInfo.value.valueReference-->Reference(Organization). Cardinality will be (0..1)

Description

H.Resources (Location). I.HTML Page Names (https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/carin-bb/profiles.html). This IG needs to develop a Profile for Location which constrains identifier to 1..1 to hold an NPI and includes a Must Support Flag.
