We have already decided to deprecate the Contributor resource as not adhering to best practice. As per https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-10684

the recommendation is to define specific extensions for each intended contributor type. Feel free to propose adding standard extensions for each of these 5 things, though we'll need clear definitions for each, as well what the target resources should be.
