Agree with the intent, but propose that the name be QI-Core Authoring, rather than Logical view, to make clear that it's a view of the QI Core profiles from the Authoring perspective.

So the button in the navigation bar should be updated to "Authoring", and the language throughout should refer to the QI-Core Authoring View.

Update Background and other related information sections to continue to provide information on development trajectory and current status of QUICK prototyping efforts.

    Description

There is a significant amount of confusion regarding efforts to establish a logical model for eCQMs and CDS in FHIR.  The current effort creates QI-Core with a logical view that can be used by tooling to author eCQMs or CDS artifacts. However, this logical view is developed directly off of each version-specific QI-Core publication.  It is called "QUICK", sometimes "QUICK logical model" and sometimes "QUICK logical view" but all refer to the same thing - QI-Core logical view.  In contrast, work is progressing through prototype and Connectathon on a FHIR-version neutral logical data model called QUICK.  To differentiate, the QI-Core version should include a title that is specific to what it really is, not a concept that is managed with a different approach.  Therefore, recommend QI-Core reference QI-Core logical view whereever QUICK data model exists on the current QUICK page (including the tab for that page).
