Publication tooling does not render fixed code system versions specified in ValueSet.compose

When a fixed code system version is specified in ValueSet.compose.include.version, the FHIR publication tooling does not make this visible anywhere on the value set page (IG or base spec page). The only way to easily discover it is to look at the rendered xml or json for the resource, and it is likely that most often it will be missed (and the expansion content may be misinterpreted). The "Expansion based on ..." statement in this case also does not show the correct version (it seems instead to show the latest code system version known to the server).
