Description
From the descriptions of code and resultingCondition plus the example value set for code, it seemed that if I wanted to represent a mild rash due to a drug administration, that I would use "Event due to drug administration" as the AdverseEvent.code and then put the details of the rash in AdverseEvent.resultingCondition. But the example puts "Rash" right in the AdverseEvent.code and does not use a resultingCondition.
We can use more examples but also some verbiage around the interaction of code, resultingCondition, and potentially seriousness and outcome.
