Description

The definition of AdverseEvent.resultingCondition states:
Includes information about the reaction that occurred as a result of exposure to a substance (for example, a drug or a chemical).

This restricts the resulting condition to only be those that are results of exposures. This is too restrictive as the condition is the result of the event which not actually be an exposure, i.e. Patient has condition of "Broken Leg" as a result of a "Fall" event.
