Looking at CareTeam, I realize that we need an invariant on participation that states that a participation should define at least one role OR one member. A participation without a role and without a member does not make much sense:

We do need the cardinalities to be 0..1 on both role and member but a side effect without an invariant is that one could leave both blank.
