When reviewing our Implication profiles (and the eMerge draft implementation of them), support has been shown for including free text from the lab stating the "entire" implication which goes beyond the scope of what we can easily be encoded in components (at this time).

eMerge added this in as an extension and it seems we should either define it in our IG for universal use or loop it into a value field or component.
