Having simple readable overview of the profile where the profile live is useful for readers who are interested in a high level business analyst view or are unfamiliar or uninterested in the formal definitions and formats. Separating this information from the formal profile definition forces the reader to have to toggle between pages. The guide is organized so the information more and more granular as you go from the home page to the framework to the use cases to the individual artifacts for ease of navigation.

    Description

Suggest moving "Mandatory and Must Support Data Elements" into non-profile page. It seems this text is repeated across multiple profiles. Would rather see it mentioned once in a page, and not repeated in the profiles.
