    Description

This applies to the notification-discharge code defintion and all its child codes.
The use of the word corresponds is ambiguious - this event code does NOT replace the encounter class codes. The intent in developping the child codes was to indicate the more granular level of the admission, as it is also done in the encounter resouce class code.

      Existing Wording:

The included child codes correspond to the encounter.hospitalization.dischargeDisposition codes drawn from FHIR code system discharge-disposition.

Note: This child code corresponds to the encounter.hospitalization.dischargeDisposition code 'home'.
