The Boundaries and Relationships sections of both Organization and Location will be updated with this common statement: As noted in the Event pattern, a Location represents where a service is performed.  An Organization may represent who performed the service.   For Organization , this will be added as a new paragraph at the end of the section. For Location , this will be appended to the first paragraph: Locations and Organizations are very closely related resources and can often be mixed/matched/confused. The Location is intended to describe the more physical structures managed/operated by an organization, whereas the Organization is intended to represent the more conceptual hierarchies, such as a ward.   As noted in the Event pattern, a Location represents where a service is performed.  An Organization may represent who performed the service.
