      We meant the term "user action" to be the workflow cause of a specific event. 

      The event identifier is a single id representing an instance of an event with a single hub.topic.

      We meant the term "user action" to be the workflow cause of a specific event.  The event identifier is a single id representing an instance of an event with a single hub.topic.

    Description

      Event identifier: How does this work? What is a user action? It is used to distinguish the different events, even across topics (if the same endpoint is used by multiple contexts).

      Existing Wording:

      The event identifier MAY be used to differentiate retried messages from user actions.
