All C4BB Value Sets and Code Systems will have full definitions. C4BB Value Sets which draw from HL7 Code Systems will use the Code Systems which HL7 has defined and add those specific for C4BB.

Description

The Consumer-Directed Payer Data Exchange uses many CARIN-specified code systems with use-specific code systems that HL7 will need to maintain to support the Igs. All the codes in each code system must have full definitions to remain useful over time. Add the definitions for all CARIN-specified code systems.
