The narrative for the coverage profile currently reads:

The beneficiary

But looking at the Full View of the profile, it appears that Coverage.beneficiary is required (1..1) - cardinality comes from the base standard and the Must Support from the qicore profile. It feels like either the "should" should be a "shall" or it should be removed as the DEQM profile doesn't change the requirements for .beneficiary
