    Description

The AdverseEvent.outcome CodeableConcept has a Preferred binding to a list of NCI UMLS codes.  That does not seem appropriate since it enforces the use of NCI codes on anyone using the AdverseEvent resource for any of the codes that encapsulate the outcome that we need to convey.  This should be an Example binding.
