Description
ips-1 checks in its FHIRPath constraint for a cast to dateTime. Check if this causes issues if Observation.effectivePeriod is provided. If yes, only apply ips-1 to Observation.effectiveDateTime. These findings could also be reported back to US Core as the same constraint is used.
