We need to be able to record some key physical accessibility characteristics about a location, for example:  Wheelchair accessible.  Other physical accessibility characteristics of the location could be: Handicap accessible, Easy access to public transportation, This need was identified in the context of a creating provider directory where the Location needs to include information about some of these key characteristics.  See the American Disabilities Act for additional background.
