Description

Should we change Device.manufacturer to device.labeler or device.representative?

The manufacturer is actually not commonly relevant, rather the company that is legally responsible for introducing the product in the market - this is called "labeler" in the GUDID.

The same situation happens in medication, so this question should be considered for the other product resources and the product pattern.
