Representation of Ingredient in MedicationKnowledge with reference to Ingredient is incorrect - change isActive to a codeableConcept with an exemplar valueset.  Remaining changes will depend on the outcome of the discussion with BR&R.  Jean to do some research to determine what changes are necessary and will create further Jira issues.  Will look at FDB UK, Health Canada CCDD, NHS DMD, Daily Med (FDA). Create new Jira issue to discuss ingredient resource with BR&R to discuss the representation of BOSS and PAI as well as the conflation of role and entity in the resource.  We think the role is a characteristic of product and not of the ingredient itself.
