Motion to find not persuasive as FMG did not approve the resource. We will investigate as well that we can switch to using the Catalog Profile as the basis rather than Composition directly.

      Description

Section 1.1.5.1 states that The LIVD catalog profile is based on the Catalog profile based on the Composition resource. In fact this is not the case: Section 2.3.1.1[http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/livd/2019SEP/catalog-uv-livd.html#profile] which specifies the LIVD catalog profile build it directly upon the Composition resource.

Building the LIVD catalog profile on top of the existing Catalog profile seems as a good idea since LIVD is a kind of catalog. This brings a constraint on the content of Composition.section.entry, which is [1..*] and of the mandatory datatype Reference(CatalogEntry).

This is a major change to consider on LIVD IG
