Rational: there are some EHRs that allow for deletions that could mean different things (entered-in-error, stopped, completed, not taken, or something else entirely). There is a lot of ambiguity in patient reported meds and sometimes it is unclear if the medication in the EHR truly fits in the current value set. If this status were extensible, we could better map statuses for patient reported meds
