CG has the need to capture Observation.method in a non coded way (also coded, but a clinical genomics report also includes a narrative of the used method(s) which often times is half a page or more).
Observation.method.text seems to be the wrong place to do this. Recommondation from O&O was to use Observation.note.

To capture that this note is a note on method it would be convinient to have Annotation.code where you can express this relation.
