Description
There are still lots of people who think they need to use Person for patient's who aren't receiving care or Practitioners who aren't "healthcare" practitioners.
Can we please change this sentence:
"Person instances are never directly referenced as actors (authors, subjects, performers, etc.) Individual actors are always identified as either Patient, Practitioner or RelatedPerson, depending on the role of the individual when undertaking the action."
to
*"Person instances are NEVER directly referenced as actors (authors, subjects, performers, etc.) *Individual actors are always identified as either Patient, Practitioner or RelatedPerson, depending on the role of the individual when undertaking the action. Note that the usage of Patient and Practitioner are broader in FHIR than these terms may suggest and encompass individuals who are not currently receiving care and individuals who are not licensed healthcare practitioners."
