      The location resource will be updated to include a new CodeableConcept 0..* characteristic along with a search parameter that can be used for this type of data.

      An example valueset will also be included to contain a few values such as:

      Wheelchair accessible, translation services available, oxygen/nitrogen available, negative pressure rooms available, isolation ward, has ICU
