Earlier I had submitted a GFoge ticker for the oversight of MedAdmin.category property being cardinality of 0..1 instead of 0..* as it is in MedRequest (as of R4); that has been taken care of in the current build. However, this raises a concern that the CodeableConcept datatype does not have a good way to identify what the category represents when there are repeating categories. Currently my use case is related to MedAdmin, biut this is also a concern with wherever CodeableConcept is used in any FHIR Resource that allows mutiple categories (0..*).
