    Description

      Currently the participant role is bound to a value set that describes relationships, not roles. This is not semantically accurate since the field is meant to contain a role. LHS has done extensive work defining an appropriate VS for Care Team Member roles. Please use this value set. to replace what is currently referenced and use this VS instead as the Preferred value set.
