Check all slicings if we want to have open vs closed

Currently we replaced a lot of out sliced elements with restrictions on type to get rid of build and validation errors.

Afer we reapplied the slices we should a have a look on where these slices should be open, where they should be closed, and check the cardinalities of the slicing and the slices
